Before partnering with Vistage, Tricia served as Chief Operating Officer of MARC USA, one of largest private US advertising agencies, working closely with the shareholders to significantly build and sell the company. Tricia started and led M&A, corporate finance and strategic consulting practices as Managing Director for Deloitte, Schneider Downs and Dewhirst Warrick LLC. As a Senior Vice President at Mellon Bank, Tricia led the Pittsburgh Region of Middle Market Banking, and entire Business Banking Group for 10+ years.
Tricia's experience includes serving on Advisory Boards for 2 private equity-owned companies. She was President and Board Member of the Association for Corporate Growth-Pittsburgh, and a founding and long-time Board Member of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, part of the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. She has served as Visiting Professor and Speaker for a number of universities and associations.
